ABOUT THOMAS

Thomas M. Overbeck, a native of Galveston, Texas, currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He has over 15 years of experience in the graphic arts field, and has been designing web pages since 1996, when he taught himself the HTML language. He has been drawing cartoons ever since elementary school.
